A Super clean and Cute Stay
meticulous housekeeping comfortable atmosphere warm welcome
The daily housekeeping impressed me deeply. They cleaned the apartment meticulously each day. Everything was well-kept so I felt comfortable. The overall atmosphere had a warm welcome for me.
The shower water did not drain properly and it formed a small pool.

The hotel is a four minute walk from the metro station. It is also a twenty minute walk from downtown so I was well located for my travels. This made getting around simple.

The room included a well-equipped kitchenette. It allowed for easy meal preparation. The towels in the shower were generously sized, measuring nearly two meters. Staff members were consistently available at the front desk, ensuring round-the-clock assistance. The building features smart technology and clean spaces, both of great value.
I noticed slight street noise at night. I found the curtains could have been more effective at blocking out light.

The rooftop garden provides a nice space. enjoying ordered food and beverages. It features comfortable seating. The hotel has a modern elevator, giving fast access to all floors, what is a huge plus . the gym IS small

helpful staff acceptable access thin walls insufficient soundproofing
The staff were helpful. The location was acceptable for access to the metro.
I found the noise level VERY disruptive. The surrounding area had considerable street noise at all hours, and the thin walls offered insufficient soundproofing. I struggled to sleep properly , and I found this completely unacceptable.

The room had a Nespresso machine. It provided easy access to delicious food delivery. The rooftop offered comfortable loungers and city lights. It was AMAZING!!!

new block lovely staff decent wifi spacious apartment
I appreciated the new apartment block. The staff provided lovely service twenty-four hours a day. The WiFi worked decently. The apartment was spotlessly clean, also very spacious. I found a nice bar with evening pasta and pizza just across the street.
The air conditioning did not seem adequate.

front desk staff valuable assistance metro station written directions
the front desk staff provided valuable assistance when i faced a distressing situation. young billy helped me with my suitcase and accompanied me to the metro station, buying my ticket. he gave me written directions for train changes. i found the welcome from reception staff pleasant and friendly.
i found the neighborhood a little unpleasant.

a few issues
unsafe neighborhood inconsistent water
The neighborhood didn't feel very safe, especially at night. there were many people who seemed to be struggling with addiction in the area, unsettling. also, the free wifi was not reliable. I ended up using my own data. the hot water in the shower was inconsistent too. There were a couple of days when i didn't get a proper hot shower.
